Most people have an image of the ego that is not useful. There is a reason why we develop an ego and have a personality but we don´t use it wisely because we identify so strongly with it, that there seems to be no difference between our ego and ourselves, but there is. Here we share a perspective in which the ego can be used as a tool to awaken.
